My policy got canceled without my concent, they claim I contacted them when nothing of such happened

I see everyone is complainng about one and the samething, no answered calls, dead app, no rewards etc. My experience with them is the same but worse.

*MY POLICY GOT CANCELED WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!!!! *, My financier had to call me to confirm if i was still insured, I was not aware that ABSA ACTIVATE DECIDED TO CANCEL MY POLICY. Worst of all "You contacted us to cancel your policy", when the hell did I do this, I've been trying to call to get proof, recording or anything of me doing this. I'm starting to think with everything that is going on, with everyone having similar issues that this is a **** insurer. Not once have I never complained, not once have I ever claimed only to be ***** canceled like this. I've sent multiple emails, and multiple calls to no avail.
