My family is at RISK

Dear ABSA South Africa insurance,

I have spoken to a Mr. Nathan Smith at 14:28 / 07/02/ 2020 the manager on duty at your call center. Please share the recording with me. Now, regarding your policy ***/ Claim ***. You have replaced and worked on the piping and my parent geyser system since 2000 and outlay x3 times the amount of a brand new geyser and let's not talk about the time and labor wasted which I will exclude to the value for now. Its 2020 and we find ourselves over a 20 year period with similar if not the same areas where work has been conducted and completed to be the problem. Your supplier who completed the work on the pipes and ceiling should be ashamed of themselves, the roof is falling down in pieces randomly at free well. Now safety comes into question? - what happens if the ceiling and concernish decides to fall on one of my parents - is ABSA paying? for the poor workmanship previously completed on the roof, pipes, and geyser??? Mtr. Smith also stated according to you policy that for every call out or claim made, the excess is required - I agreed but please help me understand and answer my question, if the problem was attended to correctly the first time, both ABSA and my parents would have saved loads and valued time and cost! So now my poor parent has to burden your inefficiencies and absorb the additional cost until you actually get someone with the correct expertise to come out and fix the problem once and for all. Do we first have to put my family's life at risk before you actually consider them to be viable customers? WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO COME FIRST THE PROBLEM CORRECTLY AND STOP MAKING EXCUSES. I want concrete answers and solutions PLEASE! Please don't make me go to social media and vendors like the daily voice and Die son and go expose you poor service delivery to the public ! just fix the problem! Regards Alex
