My experience was great was helped by a lady by the name of Rea or Reatlegile, she made me feel at ease. In most cases when one calls insurance companies one feels the amount of aggressiveness and rudeness from the person on the other side of the line. With Rea she was professional, honest and helpful. In most cases we very quick to complain when things go wrong or we don't get our way, with her it was different. She really is an asset to the insurance industry. Regards Mkhumbi Khumalo
