I called absa direct end of last month and the consultant took my details to amend my policy and to date no confirmation has been received and I also called today and nothing has been amended and I requested for the manager to call me to confirm if the amendment have been done …no response till now .Systems can’t take almost one month to amend and I don’t know if my car is insured for my current address. All I needed was to change address,add household contents and confirm when am I due for my cash back. I requested a manager to call and no one called. That’s unacceptable service delivery.
