i would like to say that having to try and lodge a claim with them is dificult. but trying to find out when they going to attend to repairing to problem that Bad. we have now no water in our house for a week because the proses and personnel at ABSA home insurance claims does not care about their clients . me as the co owner of this property could not even give answers from them to just tell me how far the claim is. Nor did they even want to help me because the policy is in my Wifes name even thou we own the house together. for this now i think I'm going to book us into a hotel and tell Absa Home insurance to pay the bill, i will never ever get anything from them again or give someone a reference to use them
