Move away from ABSA insurance now!

Utter failure! Claim rejected on grounds that they cannot advise, had to call myself to find out that they rejected a contents claim - I have contents insurance with another company, I only have building insurance with ABSA..... after 3 emails and 4 calls no one can help!! Move! Just move your insurance/home loan/bank accounts etc
