My second claim with Absa Idirect. First time I was not even driving the car. Second time is was myself. They paid both times without hussles. As for Mr Gilbert, he was there and available on WhatsApp for anything I needed to complete the claim. They just need to upgrade and have an app to catch up with their competitors. Otherwise, I had great service after my claim.
