Monthly installment

Absa Activate is completely unreliable. They've continuously let me down. The last time I needed help with my car, I was left on hold for a long time with no response. Despite following instructions and pressing the panic button, no one showed up or even called to check on me. Now, they've double-debited my monthly installment, and they're claiming it's a system error. I spoke to Katlego, asked her to clarify, but she hung up on me. I've been waiting for the reversal of the money, but nothing has been done yet.
