Money not paid

After leaving a complaint, of money being deducted from our account, from ABSA Wich we didn't give any approval for them to do so, they said the money will be paid back... This is now weeks later and following up every time saying it's in process, the went and paid the money towards our cars and not directly to us as we requested...!!!!!!!!

This is a lot of money that ABSA just take and then don't pay you back I am discussed really how Flippen lazy can you be.....

And now I hear AGAIN they AGAIN activated insurance WE NEVER SAID YOU MUST WE HAVE INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
