Good morning, hope can help me to get a solution on my request.I got a building insurance with absa for almost 15 years and just got 2 claims but every time there's a delay when I claim.I register a claim almost 11 days ago but not yet it's done.They ask me for photos and quotes and I sent on their request,they said they will send their appointed contractors but I,m still waiting,can u please help me get a solution on my request please.My claim nr. ***,My name is Maria Jooste,address.264 Amarrillastreet ,Villiersdorp 6848,I hope someone can assist me with my request
