Misleading people to tricking them to agree to insurance

Last year December I did a car insurance quotation and was assisted by a Zanele Ndlovu, I have her email address. The initial quotation was way over what I was currently paying for my then insurance and she did something on her side which gave me a discount to a premium I was happy with. I agreed to the insurance on the DISCOUNTED premium. This Zanele Ndlovu, NEVER sent me documents of my agreed insurance with the premium I had agreed on, I emailed her twice asking that she sends the documents. I eventually went and got car insurance elsewhere because clearly this Zanele Ndlovu was helping and I wasn’t going to start paying for an insurance without having all the documents. Today shock of my life when a debit order with the initial premium I NEVER AGREED ON goes of my account. This Zanele Ndlovu clearly put me up on insurance and mislead me to thinking it was discounted and then ignored all my emails where I was asking for the documents because she knew she had **** to me.

I need Absa to cancel this policy ASAP because I NEVER AGREED TO IT.
