Mislead me and very unhappy client

I had my car insurance with momentum then the premiums was a bit high so got a quote from Marlon from Absa which was cheaper for R1500 then i changed my insurance for my car to absa. But when they sent me documents for the policy it was around R2200 so i clearly advised agent that was not what he advised me n to change documents and also told him several times that i hope the debit do jot go off with the high amount as i do not have enough money but they debitted me with the same high amount..i am so upset as i advised him so many times please check before debit goes off if all in order...i want an senior manager to call me asap as i am very unhappy with this.
