Misinformation

If there's one company that can disappoint you when it comes to false information is Absa idirect. I have a policy which had 2 cars on. One of their benefits is "cash back if you are claim free" hmmmmm, its that time of the year where they must deliver. Heeeeeee! I just got off a 40min phone call and I was told that all the other consultants were lying and I am so disappointed and annoyed ke. I have been complaining about this company for more than 6 times this year and I think it is time to part ways and I will never ever refer anyone 2 them. Idirect is just a **** shem and I wish people can see through them. YOH!
