Mediocre service

I am unhappy with Absa indirect insurance service. I have been with them for more than 10years claim free but when it comes to my cashback bonus , I must always beg them for it. They don’t just give you the money without you reminding them every year. But when it comes to the premium going up they are accurate - you can’t even negotiate it with them. That’s my experience
