Mbali Ngcobo

For 2 months I’ve been trying to call Absa idirect to cancel my vehicle insurance because I’m moving everything to FNB and every time when I’m on a call with the consultant, the phone just disconnects and I never get to cancel, the consultants never even bother to call me back.

Today I called in and spoke to Mbali Ngcobo and as expected the phone disconnected just as we were busy with the cancellation, BUT to my surprise Mbali actually called me back to conclude everything.

All I can say is THANK YOU MBALI FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM.
