Lwazi Sithole the Star
Hi I'm Jack one of the Absa Idirect Client, i had requested for a policy review with them yesterday (18 Jan 2024) and they promised to have an agent call me back. Today(19 Jan 2024) i have received a call from Lwazi Sithole whom works in the review department. I would like to compliment him for the excellent service offered to me as i have been able to get my policy reviewed to the best offer where in i came out with an additional cover at a lower deal than when i had the car insurance only. Lwazi you are a star and i hope your work is well appreciated there at absa.
