Lucia Mbanjwa is a star!

I spoke with Lucia Mbanjwa this morning, and was pleasantly surprised at how honest and genuine she was and I could hear that she really wanted to help me. After being kept on the line for more than an hour last week, I was not happy with Absa Idirect, but this vibrant lady just made up for it. She was very friendly and extremely helpful and listened to what I had to say without looking for excuses. She gave me sound advice and a reasonable offer to accommodate my needs. I am grateful there are still people who care while being passionate about their job. She is a prime example. Thanks Lucia!
