I would like to compliment Lucia Mbanjwa` who works for Absa Idirect . The lady assisted me with bringing my monthly insurance premium down . Her service was spot on . At some point my network was breaking , she patiently waited for my network to be stable . She was very friendly and very professional. Idirect has never given me any problems. In all my claims they have paid up , never gave me stories or try to avoid paying up for my claim. They have been good to me. I would recommend the insurance to anyone at anytime . I also did my shopping around before taking their insurance , they had the cheapest premium with also a low access fee .
