Loyalty doesn'y pay
I have had my ABSA Insurance Policy for 10 years and have been a loyal customer. After receiving a quote from iWyze, I called ABSA to cancel my policy and spoke to Queen. She did nothing to try and retain my business... all she did was ask why I am cancelling and accepted that the excess I am getting from iWyze is lower than the minimum at ABSA Insurance. I was really expecting them to offer me a better premium or excess, but nothing. I am honestly disappointed that after 10+ years of being insured with this company, I have been let go of so easily! My excess on all items increase from R2500 to R5000 with ABSA insurance over the past 3-4 years and my premiums have gone up substantially too... It's crazy that after all these years, ABSA just doesn't care about its loyal clients!
