Lost cellphone claim ignored No response at all

Good day, I lodged an insurance claim for a lost device in August and submitted requested info of itc blacklisting, proof of purchase and police reporting. Then silence. How do I then trust that when I'm stuck with a vehicle on the road I will get any help from this insurance company? Horrible services If you cant even bother to follow up with a claim less than R10k , why do I have my car insured with you?
