Loreen Daniels is an ABSA idirect superstar!

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the assistance I received from Loreen Daniels. She made the whole experience extremely stress free (especially since I called twice yesterday and had the call cut. No one had the decency to call me back - I thought it would have been a daunting experience) but Loreen really exceeded my expectations. She was very friendly, I even forgot that I was calling in for a claim. I felt very resssured. Until my call got cut. But Loreen was a superstar and called me back! This really made up for the 2 agents that didn’t bother to call me back. I’m glad she was the one who helped me. It’s been less than an hour since my claim was registered…would you believe me if I told you that as I’m typing this, the service provider called me to schedule a replacement for Friday? I’m incredibly impressed. ABSA, give that lady a raise :)
