I would like to compliment Absa Insurance for the excellent service I received. The consultant who assisted me, Lakhi Khosa, was patient, welcoming, and professional.

When I didn’t have a solution to my problem, he resolved it quickly and without hesitation. We need more people like him in companies because, as human beings, we are all dealing with many challenges and great service can make a real difference.
