Lindiwe Mthembu- Outstanding service

I could not praise the service of Lindiwe Mthembu more. I called ABSA indirect as I was disgruntled regarding my exorbitant premiums, and was transferred through to the claims department where I was fortunate to be have been assisted by Ms Lindiwe Mthembu.

During the course of my premiums review she was professional, courteous and well knowledgable regarding the service she provides and thus was able to assist in reducing my premiums in a time efficient manner.

What stood out during our conversation was her warmth, along with her sincere and empathic attitude. As towards the end of our conversation Ms Lindiwe Mthembu picked up through the change of my tone that I was down and disappointed that I had not reviewed my premiums sooner, and thus was not able to have saved sooner. She graciously validated my feelings whilst empowering me with knowledge on the importance of reviewing my premiums annually.
