Level of service is terrible! Claims do not get solved either.

I have submitted a claim to Absa and since the 8th of December 2022 we have been going back and forth with the process.

They have frequently sent assessors to my property to assess the damage but no feedback is ever given there after. I have sent emails on end trying to escalate the issue so it may be resolved but the entire department ignores my emails.

The level of service is extremely disappointing.
