I am so frustrated with absa on how they dealing with my claim(TP), lack of feedback it seems like they don't want to settle my claim. it's a month now driving with a damaged vehicle..... this is so frustrating. The fact that their client bumped into my car and now i have to drive around looking for quotations is not on..Ndumiso is not getting back to me after i asked him/her to arrange the assessment from their side as i have already sent my quotation from my assessors. I sent him/her an e-mail on Thursday the 12th and still waiting. This is pathetic service Legal department (liabilities) I'm so disappointed
