Lack of Service Delivery and Empty Promises

ABSA idirect Fulfilment Team had been promising me for over a year now to send me the "do not tow" stickers after a year of enquiry and empty promises vie email correspondence to even deliver directly to my work place. This is not just Unacceptable but a Disgrace to the business as I have a do not tow sticker of another Insurance Company gor over a year which might be misleading should my vehicle need to be towed somewhere. Get your act together and stop lying to customers on record😁😁😁
