Lack of communication

I am so disappointed with Refilwe and how my claim was handled. I submitted a claim for a damaged phone, my device was collected and with no communication further I am told my claim is approved for a voucher and I cannot get my phone back. No discussion whatsoever regarding a debice that has important documents on it. When I communicated with Refilwe she just told me I cant get it and thata it. I will take the matter further as I need my device back. I had so much faith in Absa Insurance but they are really not helpful towards their clients.
