Is my Policy Safe with Absa Activate

So this is what happened. I was excited when l bought a Comprehensive Insurance cover Policy Number *** for my car at Absa Activate which came with rewards bonus. The horror started when l missed two premiums for (December 2022 and January 2023) although the premiums that l skipped where successfully recovered by the insurer from me, since then l have not missed any payment.

In February 2023,l realised that my Absa Activate App was no longer updating or showing my rewards earned. I phoned ABSA Activate more than twice to enquire what had went wrong as l suspected there was an error with my app. Each time l phoned the Call Centre l was being told that the matter will be escalated to their IT Department to investigate the same and would be advised. I never received feedback till l took a decision to send an email to Cynthia Maloma. Cynthia Maloma never bothered to respond to any of my emails, although l had copied activateadmin email account. It was after l sent her (Cynthia Maloma) a follow up email this time coping Aerol Khoza that l received a response from Aerol Khoza. I was shocked to learn from him(Aerol Khoza) that Absa Activate opted me out from the rewards programme without a formal warning or being informed. His(Aerol Khoza) email said l was penalised for driving at night in fact Absa had an issue with my driving behaviour.

I rep**** to Aerol Khoza’s mail asking him why l wasn’t told or given a warning not to drive at night and why l have been opted out of the rewards programme - guess what he never responded to my email till today. The fact that l don't remember seeing such clause in my policy wording is worrying me.

I find this unacceptable, l pay my premiums every month. I am not sure if my policy is still safe with Absa Activate as it seems they just impose and penalize clients without a warning or notifying them?

What more surprise(s) should I expect ,OH maybe my next claim will also be rejected for driving at night?

Please kindly refresh my memory regarding the night driving issue - am l not supposed to drive at night?. No formal warning was given in this regard.
