Is Absa i-direct still in existence and in operation?

I've been trying to contact Absa i-direct insurance company for weeks now to cancel my insurance policy which I've had with them for the past decade mostly because I can never make contact with any person working at Absa i-direct. Obviously I have been unable to cancel my policy because of the same reason, not being able to get through to any human being.
