Insured values
So ABSA idirect Insurance has got this attitude that we as clients do not have the right to adjust the value of your car to bring down the monthly payments. Today i called them and besides been put on hold for a very long time I then have to listen to a long speech of why I can not adjust my cars value and that the system adjusts it once a year. Finally I got them to do it and guess what the value of my car had dropped by R9000.00 then when I asked the question if I am paying for a car retail value at R100,000 but yet the real retail is R90,000 what will they pay for and they said the R90,000 so if you pay for more that is your loss but you can not adjust the value.
Please ABSA how low can you get.

17 Nov 2021, 11:02ABSA Idirect finally sent me an e-mail not on the treatment and failure to do what was requested from the beginning and the many calls and fights but to say that they did see that finally the adjustment was made and that this case is now closed. So they can try manipulate me into not getting the saving that I should and that there managers have the right to inform there departments to cancel my insurance due to the fact that it seems they do not like it when we as clients are trying to save money. Concerning the complaint that I lodged was about the service no body called me to explain this reasoning for the service so I gather that ABSA IDIRECT INSURANCE does not care. But they do extend there unconditional apology for the inconvenience. What a joke try doing it right from the beginning then we would not be having this conversation.
