Insurance turned into credit agreement.

We have joined Absa insurance 2025 December and paid the premium same day however early Jan we noted that Absa has listed the account as overdue on my husband's name as the policy holder. We contacted the Absa after weeks of back b forth received a letter from them but the listing is still there. We did not enter into a credit agreement with Absa and we have never missed a payment for insurance yet this is negatively affecting us. Please attend to this and clear our name.
