What a service that I have just received from an Absa I direct advisor who was assisting with Cancelation of a Policy. Miss Mbalizethu Ngcobo who was professional in her approach and added a personal that made me feel at home personally. Great work that she does and I hope the entity pays attention to such people who always understand that they are the brand and represent what the brand stand for. Thank you Miss Mbalizethu Ngcobo
