Insurance query
I would like to rate Jonese Jonker for the exceptional service provided on a problem that the senior on the team could not assist with.
The details on my insurance were incorrect and no one picked it up but her. She followed up and made sure it was corrected accurately.
She is reliable, friendly, and knows what she is doing. Jonese is the reason I have not quit I-direct insurance.
