I got the best service from Lwazi Sithole from the IDirect premium review department. In all the years I have had insurance with them, this was the first time that I get assisted by one person, on the day I call to get my premium reviewed. The call got cut and he was still willing to take my call when I requested to be transferred to him. This process normally takes more than a day because the call will ring unanswered, until you decide to call the next day. He explained other things regarding the NCB that were never explained.
