**** Insurance Policy

Absa Idirect decided to cancel our policy without informing us. We only find out when we wanted to put a claim. They **** and said they sent us an email to inform us that they are cancelling the policy. Funny they were still deducting premiums. After us enquiring about this they then rushed to refund us all the premiums they were taking after that “cancellation” date that we were not even informed about. Very bad service.

Last time we spoke to them we wanted the recording of the claim we called in to report and they said we did not call. They did not provide the recording as they always pride themselves and bragging about all calls are recorded for quality purposes. If you are insured with this company. I am sorry on your behalf.
