Insurance confirmed closed in July, Absa sending non payment letters until October - Laughable.

I gave the opportunity to resolve privately. I advised the deadline for hellonpeter and social media posting. It was ignored. We will now need to resolve on this platform.

I moved homeloan in July. (Away from Absa and the high interest rate) Homeloan insurance cancelled by Absa - Recieved letter confirming this.

August, Sept, debit order continues. October I was advised I needed to cancel, it wasnt automatic (despite letter confirming)

I cancelled. October still debited.

I call again.

I am told, I requested a month to month arrangment. I ask for proof of this. Doesnt exist

I am then told whenni provided my bsnking details. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN IF WAS FOR PAYMENT .... I asked for proof. Doesnt exist.

At the point of no further excuses, the 16minute call is conveniently disconnected.

I am requesting a re-imbur*****t of 3 months incorrectly debited.
