Insurance Company that ignores you

I placed a claim in for my ceiling that collapsed yet till today, its now almost a month. Still no assessor nor Absa's own contractors. Then escalated it, told them I got my own contractor to quote and explained - Claim got rejected.

So ask a few questions even sending to complains department still no freaking feedback.

This is the worst department i ever dealt with. I'm looking at changing my insurance and taking this further. They take your money and just ****** ignore you.
