Insurance company and system not great!!!!Cebisile Sithole was great though
Cebisile Sithole was really good, an absolute star. She helped me with cancelling I almost didn't cancel because of her. I just feel there were too many issues and was worried about further issues. my interaction with Cebisile was really positive. The 5 stars is for her. Absa insurance itself I would give 2 stars.
