Insurance claim still not repaired .

Good day

I wish to log an Complain against your bad service .At the end of day 2 on an heat full day our busted geasor is still not replaced yet .We are unable to open our cold water source since the cut off tap to the hot water source is damaged and for this now we have no water.My wife have made numerous attempts to try and resolve this over the phone ,but with no luck as of yet.I have been with your insurer for more than 40 years .So really ,is this what your loyal paying customer can expect of your service.
