Insurance Claim
We spend thousands of Rands a month on insurance and the service we get from ABSA is generally poor when it comes to a claim. However, yesterday after much frustration with the people I had been dealing with, I was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism of their agent Thessaloni Thomas. She deserves an award in a sea of mediocrity.
