Insurance claim

Im getting frustrated day by day with service, its been 2 weeks since I claimed and each time i make an inquiry they keep saying they will call me, now i called them because the assessor who was assessing my car told me that he has sent the assessment report to the insurance but insurance kept saying they didn’t receive the report, now when i call them they are now saying they are waiting for validations which they don't know how long its going to take
