Absa Shame on you wanting to close this case.
***** Investigation Still Active with SAPS**
Dear Absa Bank Complaints Team,
Thank you for your response. However, I strongly disagree with the conclusion to close this ***** investigation.
**Key points to reconsider:**
1. ******* is not subject to prescription**: Section 12 of the Prescription Act 68 of 1969 excludes ***** cases from prescription periods.
2. **SAPS Case #59/11/2023 is still active**: This ongoing ******** investigation supersedes any civil prescription periods.
3. **Origin of suspicious funds still unknown**: The R324,768.75 payment from Absa (*** & T3309/09) to my FNB account (***) remains unexplained.
We urgently need to determine:
* **Who initiated this payment from Absa**
* **The purpose of this transaction**
Requesting:
* Reopen investigation into this suspicious transaction
