Insurance Cancelled - ABSA IDirect Insurance

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with ABSA Idirect Insurance. I received a letter from them stating that they will be cancelling our Building Insurance because we have submitted 6 claims over a 3 year period. That is 2 per per year! Regardless of the fact that we are ABSA banking clients! Shame on you ABSA......
