Insurance cancellation reconsidered

I was impressed with the service i received from celokuhle sithole,i was frustrated by waiting for close to an hour on queue to cancel my car insurance with absa idirect insurance,she was patient with me and explained the benefits of the insurance,She provided me with so much information i wasn't aware of and not knowing about, immediately i reconsider my decision to cancel the car insurance ,im now still a member of the insurance. As frustrated i was i appreciate the information she provided me.I just hope absa idirect can resolve the situation of waiting for an hour on a call queue to get an assistant, i just hope im not gonna be waiting for hours to enquire when i have trouble with my insurance in the future.
