Insurance cancellation

I have attempted to cancel my structural insurance with ABSA as I am not happy with any aspect of it. I have called and sent an email including new policy schedule, with zero feedback. I want to get ahead of this and move on - last time I was bounced around and told I had to go to a branch to sort another problem - long story short I had to complain here and someone helped me out telephonically.

Cancel insurance, process refund and let me know - please ? This is beyond pathetic!
