Insurance cancellation and debiting my account

I called on the 24th to Cancel the insurance, nobody answered. I logged an enquiry : C-***2 and nobody bothered to assist me. I then called on 30 April and the agent ill informed me that I will be refunded,then I was on hold for an hour until I ran out of airtime.

Today is the 23rd of May and nobody has resolved my request to close the insurance. Are you telling me I am going to pay insurance for two months for a vehicle that I no longer have? He’ll no, you will not find a cent in that account. Your consultants are so nice when one takes the insurance but cancellation can take two months?

This is a questionable business with no transparency. You have to understand that there will be a time where clients will stop taking your service, do not make people run around just to cancel an insurance.

What the hell do y’all do on those nice buildings? What a nonsensical service. I just want my insurance cancelled and refund on my account. Do not call me to ask me funny questions.
