Insurance added without my approval
In April 2025i received I call from one of consultant to confirm if I have a comprehensive insurance which I said yes I do have with king price he ask me to send the policy schedule to ***ca email and did on the 17.april.2025.to my suprise today my monthly installment is increased I called Absa customer service the consultant did confirm that they add the car insurance without my approval or consent.i want that insurance cancelled. I don't want your insurance ,my car is insured.
