On the 20.5.2025 I sent an email requesting that the life insurance on my bond account be cancelled. On the 22.5.2025 I received an email to say that I needed to send certified copies of my and my husbands id's which I sent on 22.5.2025. Up until today I have had no response from this department which I feel is disappointing. I need to have the life insurance cancelled as they will be loading the insurance the end of June onto my bond account increasing the installment unnecesarilly
