ABSA Insurance is honestly a ****!!! I have 2 current claims running for my car window and the contents in the car after a break in. The car window will take 4 weeks to replace because the vehicle manufacturer doesn’t have stock. They are giving me the run around about car hire, even though my policy has car hire attached to it. You call & get put on hold for hours. You don’t get a response on email. I hate dealing with these people. I wish I had known sooner. The claims process is **********. They are a nightmare to get hold of! Do yourself a favour & don’t go ABSA idirect! Zero peace of mind. Zero!
