Inspection Certificate - Pictures

This is my second month now with absa vehicle insurance, I was asked to send pictures of my vehicle for inspection. I have been sending emails to find out if all is well but no response. I even reached out to the sales guy who convinced me to go with absa, Thamsanqa Billie (with the hope that he will be able to facilitate this or point me to the right direction) but no luck. My fear is, if anything would happen to my vehicle, I am not sure if absa would pay as the inspection certificate is one of the T&C's.
